Commenti : le bruit des avions n'est pas très génant, cela dure peu de temps et l'aéroport de Lisbonne étant à la périphérie de la ville, les avions s'entendent partout.
Super le jacuzzi et la salle de sport. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour

Commenti : We used the Metro while staying at your hotel, & the Metro station was only a stone's throw away - it was cheap, fast and convenient. The hotel is quite a distance from the centre of Lisbon, but travel in and out of town was not a problem. Beautiful buffet breakfast, excellent help from receptionists, who spoke good English and were able to answer our questions.

Commenti : Personnel très sympathique, à part au bar de l'hotel où l'acceuil est assez froid. Dommage que dans un hotel 4 étoiles personne ne maitrise la langue française. Si vous n'avez aucune notion d'Anglais c'est très difficile de communiquer.

Cooked breakfast was not hot, although the food generally, was good.
The pricing of the internet/TV facilities in the room were confusing and not well explained BEFORE use.

1. when asking for dry breakfast when early check-out I was told that it's not prepared that the personnel didn't know about my leaving!!! Taking into account, that i paid in advance and informed about the dates of my stay (in particular, the date of check-out) - this really strange.
2. When I asked for additional information support (if i fly through Madrid - where the point of transfer the European border: in Lisbon or in Madrid), I was told that the personnel does not know about that and could not provide me with this information.
I think It's not that polite and if I had a hotel, I by all means would make sure that my personnel does not answer to my guests in such way.

Commenti : This was the worst hotel I have every stayed at where noise was a problem. There was a connecting door between my room and the next room. This explains the poor sound insulation. One could hear everything, including voices and sliding of wardrobe doors and, worst of all, footsteps on the wooden floor in the hall area.

Commenti : emplacement idéal près du métro. petit déj copieux chaud et froid, fruits frais.espace forme très aprécié avec hammam, sauna, jaccusi, fitness. tout neuf et très propre. seule remarque nous n'avons croisé personne à l'espace forme mais finalement c'était pas plus mal!

Commenti : We moved from our original room to a better room because of a problem in the bathroom, this was offered by the hotel. I felt that tea/coffee making facilities should have been in the room. Would have liked to have been nearer the city centre, the hotel was about 2.5 miles out and also on the flight path to the airport, although noise was not a problem.

Commenti : To get to the nearest metro station you have to leave the hotel from the parking. So people come and go through the parking which is a bit strange.

Commenti : Buen hotel, bien situado, cerca del metro y a 4 paradas del centro. Lo mejor la cama que es enorme y lo peor la hora del desayuno que te tienen esperando de pie y en fila india frente a la recepción del hotel aunque había mesas libres, no es propio de un 4 estrellas. Pese a esto es recomendable.

Commenti : je ne sais pas si c'est parce qu'on avait payé bien moins cher ( en passant par internet ), mais on a eu une chambre très mal insonorisée ( rue très passante ) . prévoir boules quiès, seul accesoire non fourni et pourtant, dieu sait qu'il y en avait plein ( chausse-pied, charlotte, pèse personne,...) . sinon, rien à dire; un jaccuzzi, hammam, sauna qui sont les bienvenus après de bonnes journées de balade. ( gratuits et très peu utilisés, car non présentés à l'accueil. ils sont au premier étage.) petit déjeuner très riche et pour tous les goûts ( salé sucré ). Chambres très bien équipées, spacieuses. un peu loin du centre à pied ( 30 bonnes minutes ) mais station de métro juste à côté.

Commenti : El único problema de este hotel es su ubicación. Ya lo sabíamos cuando hicimos la reserva, pero una vez en Lisboa, la sola idea de pensar en lo alejado del centro que estaba el hotel... en cualquier caso, es cierto que hay una estación de metro muy cerca, con lo cual el problema quedaba de algún modo resuelto.
