Commenti : L`hygiène des chambres pourrait être mieux controlée par les gouvernantes (surtout la salle de bain et la poussière sur les cadres dont je suis hallergique)nous sommes ma femme et moi dans l`hottellerie depuis 17 ans et nous savons que le personnel fait ce qui est demander.

Commenti : très bon service aussi pour l'auto, préposé toujours disponible et efficace pour récuperer et stationner la voiture. Le même préposé nous a très bien informé aussi pour services touristiques.
Je suis contente de vous avoir découvert, je passerai surement par vous à nouveau pour nos prochains voyages.

Impossible d'utiliser le WiFi au rez de chaussée non plus.
Mauvaise assistance au niveau du Business centre.
L'hôtel est surchauffé dans les parties communes.
Très bonne situation, le metro est à 10m de l'hôtel.
Chambre calme et comfortable.
Très bon et varié petit déjeuner-buffet.

Commenti : Quel dommage que l'accès à la piscine autrefois compris dans le prix soit désormais facturé 10 E par personne ! Autrement rien à dire, cet hôtel est mon préféré à Lisbonne. A noter que c'est un des rares à proposer la navette pour l'aéroport sur demande et gracieusement.

Commenti : Nous avons été déçu car la présentation de l'hôtel précisait quelques avantages comme la piscine, l'accès à une salle de sport, internet... Or,depuis cette année ces services sont payant et cher (piscine 10 euros, internet 9 euros/heure...)
